When I get a file started and the realtors let me know who the lender is I am thrilled when I know the closing is going to be with Shelby Weston at InterLinc. We work together from the start to make an easy closing for all parties involved on the lender/title side. We get the closing instructions in a timely manner so we can work together to get the statement prepared and back to the lender for approval before the day of closing. The documents that the buyer has to sign are minimal and the best part is not having to get a funding number before I can disburse out on the transaction once all parties have signed. That is huge when you have a closing every hour on the hour almost every day.
