Outside the office, Gene is a devoted family man and an avid outdoorsman, spending his free time hunting, fishing, and enjoying life with his wife, Amy, and their two children. James Durham’s journey in the mortgage industry spans over twenty years, driven by a passion for elevating team performance and attracting top talent. Since joining InterLinc in 2014, he has been a key figure in the company’s growth and expansion into new markets. James doesn’t just oversee branch performance—he nurtures it, offering expert mentorship that pushes teams to exceed their goals. Outside of work, he enjoys the outdoors, time at the gym, and spending quality time with his beautiful family, staying grounded in what matters most.
Erin’s got a solid two decades of experience in mortgage lending under her belt, tackling everything from underwriting and compliance to secondary marketing and operations management. She’s not just about getting the job done, she’s excelled in every role she’s taken on. A scholar at heart, Erin earned her B.S. in Finance with University Honors from the University of Central Florida and went on to achieve an M.B.A. in Finance from Nova Southeastern University. Balancing her professional expertise with her passion for fitness and learning, Erin’s always up for a new challenge.
David Scheiderich leverages his decades of experience in mortgage banking to oversee all financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, servicing and warehouse lending at Interlinc Mortgage. Since joining the company, he has been integral to the company’s growth by maximizing profits, managing expenses and identifying shortfalls inside the organization. David is passionate about daily being part of individuals achieving the American dream of homeownership. He enjoys spending time with his family, fishing and golfing.
Jason Baker oversees the secondary and Capital Markets efforts of the organization, including investor relations, loan trading, hedging, pricing strategies, product development and servicing. Prior to joining InterLinc Mortgage, Jason held positions at many other large lenders. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Utah State University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish. In 2001, he earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Arizona State University’s Thunderbird School of Global Management. Jason is married with four children and enjoys skiing, snowboarding and traveling.
