A little about me. I was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. I attended St. Xavier High School (1995) and obtained a Bachelor’s degree (1999) and Master’s degree (2002) from the University of Louisville. I married my lovely wife Dana in 2013 and have two sons, Carson and Trenton. I enjoy working out, coaching youth sports and spending time with my family.
Since entering the mortgage industry in 2003, I have served as a loan officer, sales manager, owner/president of my own brokerage and now producing branch manager at Interlinc Mortgage since 2013. I have been recognized as a Top Originator by National Mortgage News and Scotsman Guide. In addition, I have been named a Top 1% Producer by Experience.com based on thousands of customer surveys. I have also personally purchased, renovated and sold over 50 residential properties. This experience allows me to educate and to assist each client in becoming an informed consumer that understands their options, offering much more to a conversation than just an interest rate and payment. For a first time home buyer, this was the easiest purchase of a big ticket item I've ever had. Some of the other bank lenders didn't see me as a customer because of different reasons, but Paul looked at all of my info and within a day or two said we'll absolutely help you do this. I think most lenders would have said this could not close, in fact, the buyer contacted (another lender) in the beginning and they told him they felt they would not be able to get this loan done.
