Alan Briggs has been in the Mortgage industry since 2003. His 13 years in the Mortgage Industry as a Mortgage Loan Officer gives him valuable experience in working with many various mortgage programs for Home Purchases as well as Home Refinances. He enjoys working with wide range of customers, from first time homebuyers to seasoned home buyers in their pursuit of the best mortgage programs to accomplish their goals. Â He is experienced with mortgage programs for Primary Residences, Second Homes, and Investment Properties.
Alan understands that for so many customers, buying or refinancing a home is one of the most important transactions of their lives, and he takes the confidence and trust customers place in him very seriously. I am originally from upstate New York, just outside of Cooperstown, but I have lived in the Birmingham area since 1979.
