InterLinc is taking the momentum from another successful year and powering through to finish 2019 strong. Many team players have helped this company get to this point but one stood out this month. Our CEO, James H. VanSteenhouse would say this person, “provided the extra rocket fuel” to our company’s tank. InterLinc has blasted into new levels of achievement because of this person.
We are happy to announce that Bianca Anleu, Payroll & Benefits Administrator based in Houston, TX is our November Employee of the Month. Bianca is a great addition to not only the HR team but to the whole company. Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile is what makes her special.
Michelle Jabbour, HR Manager based in Houston, TX expressed, “Bianca has always been an asset to the HR team, but this month, she did a great job of taking the lead on our annual benefits renewal. She worked directly with our benefit brokers to ensure we had a smooth renewal. Bianca kept me on track with every item we needed to complete. She reviewed the paperwork to our providers, asked important questions, managed the communication to employees and led some of the benefits training sessions. The HR department looked to her leadership on this project and she did not disappoint!”
