In May, InterLinc welcomed a large group of enthusiastic, experienced and well-connected mortgage professionals to our growing family. This addition expanded InterLinc’s operations in Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas. Formerly known as the “Red Rock Group”, we welcomed more than 50 new team members and will be adding branches in the following cities: Dallas, TX Oklahoma City, OK Tulsa, OK Elk City, OK Little Rock, AR Springdale, AR
According to recent feedback from the group, the transition has been seamless which is what InterLinc strives for. Our onboarding team spent eight days in Oklahoma City and Tulsa working with both production and operations. Their goal was to provide our new team members with the training and resources necessary for success in our industry, and to provide an efficient and educational transition. At InterLinc, our goal isn’t to be the #1 volume lender in the market, or #1 on some industry list.
