One of our InterLinc superstars, Deanna Erskine, is celebrating her 12-year anniversary with InterLinc.  At such an impressive milestone in her career, we asked Deanna what she enjoys most about her job and why InterLinc stands out to her as the best company to work for.  Here’s what she had to say…

What do you enjoy most about your job?

There are so many things I love about my job. First and foremost, I love each and every person that I am so blessed to get to work with every day!  I love that I get to have a part in helping a family buy a home when sometimes they never knew it could even be possible. I love the freedom of being able to get out and meet new people and not having to sit behind a desk on a daily basis. Of course, there are always going to be challenges, but there is also not a better feeling than when you overcome those challenges and get to the finish line.

What stands out the most about InterLinc?

InterLinc stands out in so MANY ways, but what stands out the most is the amazing people that we are surrounded with on a daily basis, and the support that is offered to help all of us achieve our goals personally and professionally.

There is so much support from every department at this company. In the 12 years with InterLinc, I can’t recall a single time that if I needed something there wasn’t someone there to help in any way possible. Whether this is from our operations manager locally here in our office, a processor sitting across the hall, an underwriter working in a different office, a closer staying up until all hours of the night just to make sure a CD is balanced, or simply being able to pick up the phone and make a call to management just to work through a challenge on a loan. The close-knit family feeling of InterLinc makes it so unique, and as I’ve seen this company grow it only gets better year after year! I can honestly say that this is the best company, hands down, to work for and I feel so blessed to be a part of the InterLinc (Texas Capital Lending) family!!!!
