Given the expectation of companies to move towards greater diversity, equity, and inclusion, I would highly recommend adjusting this section of the application to reflect the ever-growing multi-ethnic population and not force anyone to choose a single ethnicity based on archaic rules created to disenfranchise certain people groups.
