With over a decade in the Auto Finance industry, Crystal Jones left auto financing in 2005 to broaden her financial knowledge as a mortgage loan processor.
Born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, she relocated with her family to sunny Alabama where she began her role as a loan originator in 2013. Her passion stems from helping homeowners find the perfect mortgage that suits their mortgage goals.
When she is not going above and beyond for her clients, she is spending time with her family or working on her many creative projects, everything from stained glass to soap making.

Ted has many responsibilities as the Business Development Manager for the Southeast Region of InterLinc Mortgage. Whether it is helping establish relationships with new referral partners, strengthening relationships with current referral partners, bringing on new employees to the region, or helping manage profitability for the region- Ted is an asset to both Loan Originators and Branch Managers alike.

Christy grew up in West Alabama and graduated from Auburn University. She is an active member in the Auburn community where she now resides. Christy began working with the public at the young age of 14 in a locally owned pharmacy and has been determined to exceed customer expectations ever since. Christy started her career in commercial banking where she worked for 12 years before joining the Farm Credit System. Realizing she missed a niche of community lending, she made the decision to join the InterLinc team where she continues to excel in mortgage lending.
As a strong advocate for homebuyers, Christy enjoys meeting individuals and helping them with all of their mortgage needs.
Although always “at work,” Christy enjoys all things outdoors. Her greatest passion, however, is writing. She has authored three novels including the award-winning “Where the River Bends.”

Casey has had an extensive amount of exposure to the real estate market due to her father being a home builder for over 35 years and her mother being a real estate agent for 28 years.
Casey’s community involvement is as impressive as her career has been. She served on the board for the Memphis Area Association of Realtors Benevolent Committee and Member on the Board of Memphis Young Professional Network and received an award for being the Financial Advisor of the year in 2016.
She believes her most important role as a lending professional is to listen to the specific needs of her clients and find the best product for them. Susan is a Florida native from the panhandle area. Although she lived most of her life in the Dothan area with her son and four daughters, once they completed schooling, she relocated to the Panama City Beach area to enjoy the beautiful Emerald Coast and concentrate on learning the ins and outs of lending in the area, particularly condominiums. Susan has 15 years’ experience in the mortgage industry. Her motto is “never lose a deal” and is happy to have helped many families achieve home ownership through her ability to think outside the box when presented situations where other lenders have denied the transaction.
Susan has in-depth knowledge of USDA, FHA, Conventional and VA loans. She offers expanded loan products for the condominium market of the area as they can be tricky given the guidelines set out by traditional avenues. She communicates with her clients thoroughly from start to finish and enjoys the first time buyer experience the best as she feels it is an educational experience that will be carried forward to future home buying. Her favorite thing is to have these same buyers return to her for future real estate purchase as she believes this to be a compliment of trust. Realtors appreciate her diligence to their clients’ needs and her communication with them, as well, during the mortgage process.
