InterLinc continues on an upward trajectory toward success. CEO, James H. VanSteenhouse attributes this success to our hardworking team across the U.S. 

For October, we want to spotlight one of our InterLinc team members who continues to show up to work with a positive attitude and an amazing work ethic. Congratulations to Molly Franks, Closer, based in Taft, TN for being the October Employee of the Month. She has been a pinnacle part of helping her teammates achieve higher levels of success. It is because of her and countless others, that the company’s success keeps building. Her team member had the following to say about her:

Bob Schmuckie, Loan Partner, based in Louisville, KY expressed, “She always answers the phone. She's always in a great mood. She always gets the job done and instills confidence in us that she will take care of any issues that come up quickly and accurately. We have a lot of fantastic people working at this company but to be like that every time is special even among so many that are at the top of their job. We work very hard to get loans done and ready to close ‘On Time and As Agreed’ and many times it is closing that has to swoop in at the end and get it all out to the title company to make us look good and serve the customer with a smooth closing transaction. Having Molly in closing always makes us look great!”
