Justin is a Loan Officer with InterLinc Mortgage Services in Houston. He’s been in the mortgage industry since graduating from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics in the summer of 2011. His primary academic focuses were in macroeconomics, game theory, and econometrics, initially intending on applying these disciplines to a career in basketball analytics. Never the type to shy away from opportunity, Justin became enamored with the relationship and networking oriented nature of mortgage banking, and hasn’t turned back since!
Justin began his career in the mortgage industry in late 2011 in capital markets where he developed an in-depth background in loan products and programs available to the consumer mortgage market. After using FHA’s section 203(K) mortgage to purchase and renovate his first home in the summer of 2014, he decided to begin originating residential mortgages with a focus on financing home renovation projects citing a belief that such programs could help revitalize communities, while helping consumers achieve strong equity positions in their homes. Today, Justin is considered proficient in this niche, while also possessing in-depth knowledge on a vast array of financing options to meet the needs of consumers in all market segments.
In his free time, Justin enjoys meeting and networking with people from all walks of life, maintaining a diverse workout regimen, and going on walks with his Blue Heeler, Oakley. He’s also a Red Rowdy for the Houston Rockets, attending all of their home games at the Toyota Center, and traveling to many road games throughout the year. Hence, the moniker, “The Rowdy Lender”! Justin is certainly a very passionate and knowledgeable person that will always work toward his client’s best interests.
