This year, our Birmingham, Alabama branch was recognized for their excellence in customer service and was awarded our “2017 Branch Customer Service Award”. The Birmingham team is a group that not only understands the importance of customer service, but that it takes the entire team to be able to deliver it. From their production staff to their operations staff… each one of them strive daily to deliver the type of customer service our clients deserve. They are honest and straightforward, consistent and predictable, and they understand the importance of servicing their clients, and industry partners, to ensure everyone is up-to-date throughout the process and to alleviate any surprises at the closing table.
