Meet the Team
Mitchell is a Senior Loan Officer in the Bryan/College Station branch of Interlinc Mortgage, LLC. He is dedicated to providing excellent customer service marked by the highest level of integrity. Mitchell does not view his position as just a loan officer, but rather a trusted partner that will go the extra mile to help his clients better understand and achieve their mortgage goals. Trained by some of the best in the business at The Kleckley Mortgage Team, he understands the value of providing the highest quality mortgage product available in a timely manner and with an emphasis on a personal approach.
Prior to joining the Interlinc family, Mitchell spent 13 years in full-time ministry and several years in public education. His experience and background has given him a unique perspective on how to give his clients the best personal service possible. As a recent first-time home buyer himself, he understands how daunting the process can seem to someone outside of the mortgage business. This motivates his resolve to provide clear, prompt correspondence and honest guidance to his clients.
Mitchell holds a Bachelor of Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University and a Masters of Christian Counseling from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He grew up in the small town of Lovelady in the piney woods of East Texas. He currently resides in College Station, TX with his wife, Leslee, and their son, Drew.

As a Branch Manager and Loan Officer for InterLinc Mortgage Services, LLC, Wes works alongside his Garden Ridge team to ensure that your loans are on time and as agreed. Evident upon meeting him, Wes is not just a mortgage lender but also a trusted partner with a hands-on and personal approach.
Wes’ work ethic combined with more than a decade of experience has positioned him to not only be successful within his company but the mortgage industry. He was named the Top Producing Loan Officer at InterLinc in 2015 and 2016 and was ranked as one of the top overall loan officers in the Greater San Antonio area by the San Antonio Business Journal in 2014, 2015, and 2016.
Prior to InterLinc, Wes started K&G Capital Mortgage, which he successfully ran for four years in The Woodlands, Texas. He is an affiliate member of the Four Rivers Association of Realtors, Women’s Council of Realtors, Tri-County Chamber of Commerce and the San Antonio Board of Realtors, and has been a member of The CORE Training, a nationwide coaching firm for realtors and lenders since 2012.
Wes holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Sam Houston State University, where he graduated Cum Laude. He currently resides in Garden Ridge with his wife Tiffany, a hometown native, and their two children, Mason and Mikayla.
